What does “lean” mean to you? For some, it means being as skinny as possible. For others, it means having the ideal body shape. You will start to lose weight and feel better so that you can gradually increase the exercise you can do. If you are sedentary, switching to a program of walking and light weights for building lean muscle will get you started on the path to permanent weight loss.
